Fullboard is a Google Ads agency for HVAC companies. This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this site.
What we collect
When you submit the form on this site, we collect the information you type in: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address if you provide one, and the monthly ad spend range you select. We also record whether you asked for a strategy call or a free ad audit, and the time your request came in.
This site has no accounts and no login. We don't ask for payment details, and we never collect information from anyone who doesn't submit the form.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your request and set up the call or audit you asked for
- To understand your business well enough to give you a useful answer
- To keep a record of who contacted us and what we discussed
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we don't rent or share it with list brokers. We don't add you to a drip campaign you didn't ask for. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising pixels, session recording, or third-party analytics. If you arrived here by clicking one of our Google Ads ads, Google may set cookies on its own domains under its own privacy policy. That happens on Google's side, not on this site.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to run this site and send our replies. Google processes ad and account data under its own terms when we manage a Google Ads account for a client. Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to follow up and to keep reasonable business records. If you ask us to delete your submission, we remove it and confirm that we did.
Your choices
Email hello@fullboardhvac.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll respond within a reasonable time and won't make you jump through hoops to do it.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
