Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and the Google Ads management service Fullboard provides to HVAC companies.

What Fullboard does

Fullboard builds and manages Google Ads campaigns for HVAC companies in the Jacksonville, Florida area, and sets up missed-call text-back for client phone lines. Our management fee is billed separately from your advertising budget.

Ad spend is separate

Your Google Ads budget is paid directly to Google, on your own account and your own payment method. It is not part of our fee, and we don't mark it up. If you pause the campaign, Google stops spending and the budget stays yours.

No guaranteed results

Nobody can promise a specific number of leads, calls, or booked jobs from paid search. Demand, seasonality, pricing, staffing, and how quickly your team answers the phone all affect the outcome. We'll tell you what we're going to do and report honestly on what happened, but we don't guarantee results.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us access to the Google Ads account, or to your website, where the work requires it
  • Make sure the information you send us about your business is accurate
  • Answer or return calls and form submissions from leads we send you
  • Follow Google's advertising policies and the licensing rules for HVAC work in Florida

Engagement and cancellation

We work month to month. Either side can end the engagement with written notice before the next billing period. You own your Google Ads account, its history, and its conversion data; if the engagement ends, everything stays with you and we hand over what you need to keep running.

This website

The content, layout, wordmark, and graphics on this site belong to Fullboard. You're welcome to read and share links to it. You may not copy it into another site or use it to represent your own business.

Third-party services

We work inside Google Ads and may rely on other tools for call tracking, reporting, or email. Those services are governed by their own terms, and outages or policy changes on their side are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, Fullboard is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities, arising from the services or from this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the management fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
